How long is the order processing time?
All orders are prepared only after order payment is made. Please allowed 3 - 5 working days to prepare the items before its ready for collection or posted out. During peak periods when we have tall order lists, it can stretch up to a week.
How do I make an exchange?

Shipping & Delivery
We offers complimentary island wide delivery with products delivered in 3 to 5 working days for Singapore address. International shipping is via Singapore registered airmail service. Once a product has been shipped a notification email will be sent out with details of shipment (tracking number and tracking instructions). But if you are in hurry to get your product then we offer an expedited service of Shipping via FedEx or DHL with a flat rate of SGD$10.
Tracking number and instructions will be provided for domestic delivery via Singapore registered airmail service or international shipping via FedEx or DHL.
Exchange & Return
We committed to 100% customer satisfaction and delivering high-quality products to our customers. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may exchange it for another product with same value or opt for a refund. Refund would be issued in form of store credit which would be valid for 1 year. • Please contact us (via email) within 7 days upon you receive your order, to request for exchange or return. • Products should be send back to us in its original condition with complete packaging and in unworn condition. • You may take responsibility for the return shipping costs (please provide us with the tracking number once its shipped). We are not responsible for any loss in transit for return item. • If an item is determined to be used or tampered with, you will be notified via email within 7 days of its return.
